Blazers trade Simons, Little, Nurkic, and 3 (Scoot/Miller) for OG, WCJ and 6 (Ausaur/Jarace). If it is not Scoot, I would do this trade. On a side not, if scoot is available, I would draft him.
Starting Lineup of Dame, Sharpe, OG, Grant, WCJ
Raptors trade OG, 13 for Simons, Little and 11. To me the Raptors win this trade. Overall, I think Simons is a better player than OG. Plus the raptors get a pick, so they have 11 and 13.
Starting lineup of FVV, Simons/GTJ, Barnes, Siakim, Poeltl (assuming they resign everyone)
Magic trade WCJ, 6 and 11 for Nurk, Little and 3. Nurkic can be a temporary starting C. Personally I think Nurk as of now is better than WCJ, but WCJ’s contract and age make him more valuable. They will probably draft Miller at 3.
