Houston Rockets Set New NBA Record For Made 3-Pointers | April 7, 2019



The Rockets set a new NBA record for three-pointers made in a game (27-57, 47.4%) as part of a season-high 149 points in a 149-113 victory over the Suns. James Harden led all scorers with 30 points (10-14 FG, 5-6 3pt FG), along with 13 rebounds and 9 assists for the Rockets, while Eric Gordon totaled 26 points (career-high tying 8-13 3pt FG) in the victory.

  1. This 3 Point shooting revolution is crazy. Even big men shoot trays like it's nothing these days. I think it's time for the NBA to do something to revolutionize the long ball. Extend the 3 pt shot or add a 4 point shot.

  2. Does anyone realize the Houston Rockets missed a record 27 three pointers in a row not too long ago. Now on April 8th 2019 the Rockets made a record 27 threes! The crazy thing is this happened exactly 5 years before the solar eclipse that is supposed to take place on April 8 2024. Read my comment below if you want to get lost down the rabbit hole.

  3. I think the rockets as a whole must upgrade or aquire a consistant pyschological playset mind. They have the talent, it just when playoff time comes around they can choke big time. Maybe more meditation lol?
