Welllllll, back in February, AKME was in multiple talks with New York that started, stalled, stopped and started again, before ultimately not bearing fruit at the deadline.
The rumors were that inside sources inside the Knicks organization were concerned with including Quigley in a 1-3 players / 2-3 picks package for Zach Lavine.
The players rumored to have been involved were Barrett, Toppin, and the aforementioned Quigley and 1-2 first rounders to go along with 2-3 second round picks as well.
Not a fan of that deal, if that trade had gone through, for either frnachise 😅

We’re not trading demar derozan or Zach Levine no thank you !!!why would we give an important puzzles up ?we need to fill up our starting rotation with a pg ,pf and legit center that gonna block shots , defend the paint if we trade vooch and I think they should and get a decent pg, pf, c …or develop our current once in ayo or Coby white 😮 until lonzo back and hopefully get rid of the players who don’t want to play re tool the roster it’s that simple , don not blow it up by trading the whole team fix the team around Zach , demar it’s simple .as we need a win no now type mentality we already gave up 2 many picks for vooch smh so we need to build a champion caliber roster forget the draft we need to try to get some veterans on the roster

One thing to add to start, Demar has shown to be able to avoid injury which, these days, would be very appealing.
We need picks and we can build for the future don’t forget the banana boat boys they kids are coming to the nba trading for the 3rd pick seems logical. If we can get the 3rd pick without trading Zach I’m all in but we need to consider the future to if it’s possible to get bronny James and that draft class will be stacked

Just reading that title I have to say Hell No!!! We have already a player that play DeMarr's position and probably, with more time by himself, a better option. It's called Patrick Williams. Barrett seems tempting because he has had more playing time than Williams, but eventually I think PWill will be better than Barrett.
I agree. They were pushing his youth. Have you heard of Portland looking for an elite guard in a trade with possibly the Raptors or Bulls? What do you think about that?
