taking into consideration Siakam timeline and the salary he will command, I think it would be wiser to keep OG and trade Siakam
Alright I’ve been on the spicy P trade train for a while BUT if I’m Portland and I already have Grant, I want OG. So with that that said I wanna hear your guys opinion on this:
OG and Chris boucher and a future pick to the blazers for Simons, Little, the number 3 and 23rd overall picks?
At first I didn’t like it but the more and more I think about it and break it down the more I LOVE it for both teams. Portland can run Nurkic, Grant, OG (who helps there biggest glaring need DEFENCE!!), Sharp and Dame and have Boucher coming off the bench in a back up Center/ power forward role.
For the Raps we get to keep our All NBA player in spicy P and moving OG allows Barnes to slide into the small forward position and get more shot. They add Simons and Little to the back court and add the teams biggest need on shooting and scoring. OHHH and they add two picks. The raps would be drafting three times in the first round and get an injection of youth in to this stagnant roster.

We need OG. Trade Siakam, keep our #13 pick, and super speed up the rebuild.

Portland could add their 23rd pick this year as well if they want Pascal, maybe Raps can send Flynn as well his family is from Washington state close by.

Trade Pascal for 3rd, 23rd, 43 rd for pascal
If its OG it will be a portland trade back and you get like pick 6 we keep 11. Pascal is on an expiring contract, rapters fans are almost like Lakers fans and there crazy trades.
I’d do Siakam for 3rd pick, Anfernee Simons and Shaedon Sharpe.
