Fever’s defense looks lost out there…no ball pressure, no pickem up full court, no switch up or traps. No physicality. Got blitz in transition. Textbook secondary breaks ran by Liberty. Guards not communicating on screens. Look like Varsity verses the freshmen. 😩

Watching this game makes me realize how little sense it made that they waived Emily engstler. No one on their team is going to be able to defend the wing all season. Realistically they need nalyssa at the 3. Also, no height at the backcourt when wheeler and Kelsey Mitchell are on the floor together, making for easy entry passes for the Liberty and difficult entry passes for the fever. Coach needs to make some personnel decisions fast

They need to run high screens and pick n roll through Boston and Smith with Mitchell that's this teams only hope they got rid of all their potential perimeter shooters and for defense to have been the focus for the fever this year they look very lost out there…
