reminds me a little bit of when Bron went back to Cleveland to join Kyrie. Kyrie was 3 years in to having complete control of the Cavs and the Cavs had just handed him the keys of the team that year and then Bron came back. It didn't hinder Kyrie's growth cause Kyrie was already an All-Star when Bron got back but there was obviously some animosity between the two that never got resolved since Kyrie wanted out after 3 years. Not saying Harden and Green are like Bron and Kyrie but I would just hate for Jalen to feel like Harden's coming back to take back the Rockets after it's essentially been Jalen's team the past 2 years.
