Kyrie is completely nonsensical for this team. AD and Lebron need depth around them. Run it back with a few tweaks around and focus on development of Max Christie, Reaves, Vando, Rui, etc. The 17 draft pick I would focus on either a high end guard if they drop or more likely a forward who can guard and shoot the 3 like Kris Murray. You have a TPMLE to use as well. You can bring back Lonnie if you want. Mo and Malik could be trade fodder with the 2027 1st. Malik could be useful though. He can shoot when put in the right system. Might be better to re-sign him to a cheaper deal and gamble on him coming around.

We need a big body. Center to cope with Joe, Jaren Jackson etc..
We need a point guard like Dame Lilard…
We need health for Lebron and AD..
We need to sign Austin and Rui…
If the Lakers still had McGee and Howard, even either one of them, the Lakers would've won the series … one of them stuck on Lakers the whole game would've made life easier for AD on the defense end and he would've exerted less energy … i hope they bring them both back next season coz they are both locker room guys too.
Depth is the key
there are many centers available in the draft.lakers should sign rui,ar,lonnie walker, shrodder,vando. they have to get a quality center in the draft who can block shots and give Ad the room to roam. Ad was successful while playing the 4th.just a decent center night do.
at draft we have zack eddy who is 7 feet 4, a true center. no one will pic him.lakers should get him
LA should keep this roster and look to add to it.

What’s next? LeBron retires. The Lakers go back to rebuilding mode. Maybe they catch lightning in a bottle similar to the Spurs with the number 1 pick. But probably not.

Indeed depth and age matters. Rob P needs to get a trade done with the Pacers and finally get Buddy Hield and then they need a quality big man to either back up AD or ideally can play next to him – mb through the draft… a bigger Vanderbilt with a little bit more offensive polish or get a KPC professional basketball player type who can give you what you need most on any given day during the season – tighten the screws defensively a little bit more and LBJ and AD don’t have to do so much dirty work and manage their load. Career prolonging and keeps everyone happy – so let’s go Front office and reach out to your boys in Indy😅

Will LeBron retire? At Age 38, LeBron had a good game, then ran out of gas scoring only 3 points in the 4th quarter (1 for 6 FG, 0 for 1 from 3, 0 offensive rebounds). LeBron finished the playoffs shooting 1 for 22 from 3-pointers during the 4th quarter.

Im a Nuggets fan,but how could they even think bout bringing back Russel…at all? He belongs on a lottery team,with no pressure to win,care bout the team,or play defense…& he can take all the shots he wants, average his 18 per game or whatever. Maybe im being too rough on him-but thats really how I see him. I know Minny fan is thrilled hes gone.
Keep the roster as is. It was the first time the young players were this deep into the playoffs. Letting them go now would waste playoff experience that's already bought and paid for. Add a defensive big like Dwight Howard just to deal with Jokic and keep AD fresh.
