[Magic Johnson] Laker Nation it’s a couple things we now know…we have the right Coach with Darvin Ham, two superstars in LeBron and Anthony Davis, and emerging stars in Austin Reaves and Rui Hachimura. Hopefully Rob Pelinka will have an outstanding offseason and build on this Playoff run.

i don’t know about the right coach … can we bring Vogel back?

  2. CutLonzosHair2017

We definitely do not have the right coach.

  3. ngmathew1234

Are we sure we have the right coach.

  4. TheDailyDosage

Damn it. You better cook, ROB!!!😤

  5. Darvin Ham should be getting ready to learn Chinese.

Lakers should have not gotten swept, and this is not saying Denver is a great team. But even the Timberwolves and Suns took games off Denver Nuggets

He should be held accountable for not playing TT more and D’LO should have never started after the 2nd game.

Both game 1 and game 2 were winnable. If he wasn’t so damn persistent in making D’LO happy.

Yea nah go get nick nurse or Ty Lue or Becky Hammond or something. Ham is dogshit

We have the right coach? Lmao he will be fired halfway into next season

Next season, get a traditional regular season center guy like McGee kind of guy. Let AD play PF. Bamba is best for a backup center I hope he will crack a role in the next roster. Jokic is a beast and AD can’t do anything. Howard helped AD in their 2020 series. AD got no backup center or a reliable center to help him.

  9. shootinjack

We need Austin to come out as the clear number 2 offensive option next season. AD can be elite defensively but I don’t think he’ll ever be that guy on offense.

The Lakers are definitely missing a KCP type of guy that can hit shots. Hope Max will take a leap.

  11. Magic going the Dave Roberts route, good runs every year but not a lot to celebrate at the end of the post season.

To do what we did in the limited time we had is nothing short of miraculous. Lets build on it and get more depth.

AD is a generational defender and I’m going to support dude til the end. Hopefully we get him some centers and we can go from there.

Who paid him to say ham a good coach

  14. the_far_yard

Everyone wants Spo but not willing to go through what Spo had to go through. Ham does have the potential, and his adjustment is slowly getting better. I’d stay with Ham as long as the players are giving their support.

    I trust the players’ judgment.

That being said, it’s crucial to get LeBron playing SG/SF, and AD to play PF next season. We need a traditional center. I have no doubt that LeBron specifically requested for Tristan to play in this game just because of that.

The view for next season is optimistic, and lets hope Rob cooks.

Magic is not wrong, TBH. But this brings up an interesting point: The Future Backcourt.

If Reaves is sure to come back next season, what do you think about Dennis, D’Lo and Lonnie?

magic needs to take his meds…

  17. GerrardsRightFoot

Ham is not a bad coach, he made decent decision throughout the series. Our stars didn’t step up for 2/4 the 4 games, so not much a coach can do when there are awful on field decisions made.

  18. CooperHouseDeals

Sorry Magic, a team with LeBron and AD should not have been a playin team, a 500 team most of the season. He played Westbrick while everyone saw how lousy he was, then he get to DLO with no defense for way to long. He’s not ready to coach a great team

  19. KingK3ng

Ham didn’t even call a play on the last possession. Just told Lebron to drive it probably. He ain’t no good coach

  20. CooperHouseDeals

Wow! Sounds like LeBron ain’t coming back. Bet he’s not that thrilled with HAM

  21. drillmastr5

I don’t care what magic has to say. As a player he was good, as a business man he is a complete moron

  22. RamsDodgersLakers24

Says the guy that passed on Jayson Tatum! Imagine that lineup

  23. CreepyBeefy

Man fuck all that. We were right there for this season man. Our best player turns 39 next year is playing the retirement card to try and force another star trade.

  24. DrButtLump

Man good thing retardation isn’t contagious bc the comments in this thread are suffering from it

  25. 1trillion69

Fuck off with the right coach statement. It took him until game 4 to realize Dlo wasn’t it

  26. gutterballz
