  1. Don’t resign him. I want a sign and trade

Pretty obvious considering the fact that we get the regurgitated “Harden is strongly considering Houston” multiple times a week now.

If he was actually dead set on Houston they’d just report it once and be done, this is Harden’s camp making as much noise as they can to threaten the Sixers with walking.

I honestly think Morey might give him a 5 year max.

Amazing intel once again by Windy….

If it’s a leverage play, then he isn’t dead set on Houston and may mean he is open to going elsewhere rather than stay in Philly.

This is good news for us.

If Houston doesn’t want to S&T for him, another team may want him (eg PHX or LAL) and that team may not have the cap space to outright sign him, opening the window for a S&T.

Giving this version of Harden a 4-year max might just be the final straw for me.

I just have zero excitement for running it back with that style of ball again.

Literally everything Windhorst says could be an educated guess from anybody that follows basketball

I hope you all are emotionally prepared for the “James harden has agreed to a 4 year $200+ million contract to return to Philadelphia” Woj tweet. It’s coming whether you like it or not

If he stays and gets the max it might be worse than Tobi he needs to be paid like a 3rd/4th option

You know what would have been a great leverage play by harden? Getting past the second round…
