I think there’s enough talent on the board at 1-8 to keep the pick. That said, if they fall to 7 or 8 I wouldn’t be mad at a trade for a high level talent. But, I don’t just want a Dillon Brooks/Tobias Harris level player for a top 8 pick. 👍🏾

The hornets 🐝 are a mess with its roster. Need to clean up some very bad contracts.
The good part is the draft is super hyped. Try to move gordon and terry to jazz.
Jazz send back Clarkson gay and jones or Simone.
Hornets give up 2023 2 pick plus 2023 two second rounders.
Jazz and Ainge have major ties to Hayward and terry. They can have them back. They are expensive and rarely play. Bad contracts.
Jazz have the cap and can let all their 2023 picks shape their roster. They may get lucky through the draft. Scoot may be just what they need or miller.

Hornets can a scoop up veterans as they will have about 100mm to spend. Lots of fantastic free agents and proven. Healthy too …
