Game Recap: Celtics 116, Heat 99



Led by Jayson Tatum’s 34 points (26 in the 2nd half), 11 rebounds and seven assists, the No. 2 seed Celtics defeat the No. 8 seed Heat in Game 5, 116-99. Jaylen Brown (16 points, four rebounds, four assists) and Derrick White (16 points, three 3pt. FG) added a combined 32 points in the victory, while Jimmy Butler tallied 29 points, nine rebounds and five assists for the Heat in the losing effort. The Heat lead the series, 3-1, with Game 4 taking place on Thursday, May 25.

  5. Took them 3 games but Celtics shot 50% from field and 40% from 3-point. Heat went cold at 43% and 25%.

  6. Why Tatum can't…. You know…… Be good all game? Why he does that to Boston's hearts, showing up 4 hours too late ever time.
