That makes me puke just watching. We used to run steps in the foothills when I was in high school.
Unbelievably exhausting.
jluvengirl
I ran those steps so many times in high school 😅

Have them do the incline. Other teams might not even show up in Denver to play them after that.
Hardwork407
Ah good ole Red Rocks.

Who is struggling in the second group? Gotta be Vlatko? Joker is in white top and blue shorts in second group.

Need to climb the manitou incline after this
alpha1ex
I’m more impressed by the person doing burpees down the steps
*edit
Or are they going lateral? I can’t tell

I run 10ks on the regular and I have a resting heart rate of 52.
I went back home to Colorado Springs from sea level (To get married it was awesome) and did the manitou incline.
Holy fuck. I wanted to Fucking die multiple times and I used to be able to do the whole thing (Slowly) without stopping while I was in worse shape. Altitude is no joke.

I missing something, is this the nuggets or just a random boot camp?
vladimir_pimpin
I remember I did this in high school basketball. Good fucking times. I was slow as hell as a freshman, but my lanky legs helped me crush all my teammates at those bench runs.

Chauncey said it best, Jokic is one of the fittest athletes in the league, and im being completely unironic, I believe him
if you watch what Jokic has to do every game, on both defense and offense, as a 300lb~ 7 footer, defending other 250-300 pounders, guarding every pick and roll thrown at you, then literally running a whole offense from start to finish, banging with those same 300lbers on the other side of the court, running a two man p&r game on offense as often as any other big in the league, while juggling the mental strain of being held to an MVP standard, on a team expected to perform day in day out, calling plays, executing plays, for 30-40 minutes, 70-75~ games a season plus playoffs, with crazy high usage rate, while putting up a triple double pretty much every other game, AND NEVER GETTING INJURED
Nah man, Chauncey is right, and im dead fucking serious, dont give a shit what anybody says, lol

Red Rocks?
Edit: Yup
UntrainedFoodCritic
When I went to red rocks to visit the weirdest thing for me was the crazies doing their exercise, running up the steps backwards and shit lol. Like why at a tourist spot and why such weird workouts?
ListenToTheMuzak
I would be tempted to run with them if I was there lol just to see
Doom0818
My legs hurt watching that.
sunchipsgardensals
