We need to hire outside the organization
Siakam has to defend, he has to shoot the 3, he has to score, he has to carry the team. Only Siakam has to do everything while his colleagues stroll along. The best thing for him is to leave this team and go somewhere he can be free to play to his strength. Not a team with fans undermining him everyday.
