  1. The balcony is most likely an area for club members where the better food and drink options will be served. Looks like members will be able to look over the hotel towards Hollywood Park. The arena still looks like it's squeezed between the older structures but hopefully when the plaza gets built there will be a more open look and feel to it.

  2. I don't know what it looks like in person, but from your videos, that escalator looks a lot steeper than any one I've seen before.

  3. Any word yet on the actual soundproofing of the arena? Will it be some sections of Intuit that will be soundproof? It's going to be interesting to see when an actual game is going on, if airplanes above will cause players not to hear a referee whistle blow, etc.

  4. What are you doing? Just walking out your house and filming? You know LA has some big projects finishing up withing the next few years but the city itself is not growing. San Diego is… What about all of the new housing around these new LA projects can you hover over these sites so that we can get a better view of how that's progressing? What about the metro rails…Don't you have some new rail lines coming up????

  5. The dilapidated houses in the foreground are quite the contrast to the most modern arena in the world.

  6. The Clippers build a new arena in Inglewood where the Lakers for 32 years. Why are the Clippers wasting their time in Los Angeles? Los Angeles will always be known as a Laker town. I think it would have been a smart move if they moved the Clippers to Las Vegas San Diego or somewhere they can have their own identity.

  7. Those escalators; idk how i feel about drunk rowdy fans on game day on those escalators lol…
