That's what I want to see from the guys, they need to spend the summer in the weight room and on the court putting in that hard work. Come back next year with a chip on their shoulder. People think we're soft now we need to take that personal. I'd rather lose because we're fouling out and missing good looks playing tough basketball than win every now and then because Fred and Pascal played 88 mins and got half the points while everyone else stands around or sits on the bench because that shit don't work come playoff time. We need to have all cylinders firing with multiple ways to attack teams. You need a solid 6 maybe 7 or so players that can impact different games on different nights. Guys ready to punch pat bev or Draymond or Joel embiid in their ugly faces if they try some dumb shit

Great life lessons. I remember at 16 I wanted this job and they would not hire me (I was too young). I went once a week to speak to the manager and owner and they finally gave in. Because I had to work so hard to get that job, I worked so hard at the job.
