But Irving told fans and media outlets like ESPN and FS1 to stop speculating on where he will end up next season.

Bleacher Report trade rumors are back, and they suggested a trade that could help the Mavs get back to contention in the western conference. The Mavs would receive Jarrett Allen and Isaac Okoro, while the Cleveland Cavaliers would get Maxi Kleber, Reggie Bullock, and the No. 10 overall pick in return.

    Hijacking his name is obvious. He’s talking about all the rumors saying he is doing this or that which is going on constantly. Him sitting court side at the lakers game is east. He’s friends with Labron and a fan of the game. I don’t blame him. I’d say the same thing and be sitting courtside for a great series in the circumstances. You just like to bring drama when he’s trying to say not to listen to all the rumors. Fans aren’t the ones he’s talking to about hijacking. That’s the media.

    Mavs and lakers are both pretty desperate for trades. A big sign and trade with another team to take advantage of their desperation could be interesting and see all teams gain. Lakers get Kyrie + anunoby, mavs get Beasley + van fleet + Vanderbilt, raptors get Russell + Bertans + lakers 29 1st + mavs 27 1st + lakers 23 first after they’ve made the selection. All teams benefit.
    -lakers getting 3 & D plus scoring punch they need
    -mavs get a impactful defensive forward allowing wood to be traded for another better roster fit, solid point guard that can defend & facilitate after the Kyrie experiment didn’t go great and will be handicapped by wherever he wants to go, as well as Beasley who could be serviceable but is also a tradable salary for the deadline.
    -raptors get a decent offensive point which they’ll probably get the most out of, a young drafted player and 2 potentially very valuable future draft picks whilst taking on salary for the next 2 seasons. Allows them to not entirely drop off but also plan for the future, giving them more flexibility, potentially trading pascal if right package comes around, or keep him if they are playing well.

    FUCK NO HELL NO just trade down when BKN agrees to give us back DFS for Bullock and then you take the 21st and 22nd picks plus 51.

    You take Lively at 21 or Gregory Jackson if Lively is not there then drop down to take 29 and 32 and you grab Tristan Vukcevic and Zachary Edey

    now you trade some future first as well with Bertans and grab some veteran. preferably someone that is not over 30.

    Free Agency: You can sign Naz Reid and Kieta Bates Diop and Yuta Watanabe Naz is 6'9 and Diop and Yuta are both 6'8 SF wings that can defend and shoot 3's. Naz is a C/PF 264 #'s and hits 3's as well.

    These moves create the following additions to the rotation

    5. Edey (Lively or Jackson)
    4. FA-Naz Vukcevic (Jackson or Lively)
    3. FA-Diop FA-Watanabe DFS

    One of our rookie bigs is going to be a surprise but and probably 2 do really well if not all 3. The free agents will blow up and be great as well. DFS is not great anymore but the team loved him so Luka will be happy to get him back.

    You got all kinds of assets to use with teams that want to get a rebuild started and we know that the TDL is when that stuff gets done.

    By the TDL you know if the rookies and free agents made matters worse of if they work and will be able to develop into something better than what we had last year at thye end of the season.

    adding Luka Irving Hardy and Green alone makes that team with the guys above a legit contender. You are vastly improved at center and PF then DFS is back plus 3 free agents that hit 3's around 40% at 6'8 so you got size all around now the team is full of talent and ready to blow the other teams in the league away,.

    THJ Kleber McGee is there to sweeten any trade we need to make. With what we have now we won't need to make that trade and we will win a lot more

    This scenario makes the one you posted look like ooze from my ass after I drank all night 3 nights in a row. You don't want to know what I was drinking if that happens.
