It clearly came way out of left field. I don’t blame him for being confused.

Trying to find a local angle. Don’t knock the hustle.

I think he thought the dude thought Giannis was in the actual finals when the dude just thinks Giannis is a scary mf’er and that beating him in the regular season means you leveled up

It’s just some innocent lost in translation stuff, we good

to be honest it seems silly at first imagine if we had one American who was the best in the world at Cricket. of course our press is going to ask about him.

Foreign reporters are so fucking cringe. Always harassing players to talk about their guys. Reminds me of that Argentinian reporter we had who would pester everyone to talk about how great Campazzo was after games where he would go 1-5 shooting and a -13.

  8. To be fair actually, Giannis and Tatum are vaguely similar stylistically, and he still might, possibly, play Tatum in the finals. So kinda? Maybe?

I mean it’s a pretty simple question. He coulda just said “get into a set defense quicker” or “digging/loading up on drives”.

I get it, the drachma is weak right now

  11. Laboveron99

bro really out here practicing his future offseason jobs if he don’t stay a good player

  13. fookinjkap

The way he says “battles with Giannis” is awesome

It’s sort of adorable to think there’s a Greek newspaper guy that gets sent to the US to cover Greek super hero, Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Someone should tell the Greek reporter that you don’t have to shoehorn in Giannis into the questions. I get it, he’s from Greece and Giannis lived there but that’s still just a dumb fucking question.

  16. Have you tried growing your arms and legs and being able to jump over everyone?

  17. HerrJemine

This reminds me of when a German reporter randomly asked Kobe if Dennis Schröder could be an All-Star.

  18. Poor guy probably had everything planned for him to arrive in the US now to cover the Bucks in the ecf or finals for greek media
