Get ready to learn Chinese Mike! But in all seriousness lack of adjustments and schemes, double teams to get the ball out of Jimmy's hands and force other players to make plays. No offensive sets and plays down the stretch, stagnant iso ball watching offense in the clutch is not a good way to close out a game when the games are a must win. Buck's front office needs to fire Mike and bring Nick Nurse which would be a great match.
The fact that the bucks have been this successful IN SPITE OF HIM shows how good this team is, coaching has been a problem for years. Winning hides so much but there's no more hiding the fact that this coach is trash. The sooner they cut him the sooner they get better
He could thank giannis for keeping his job as long as he did because he's been a problem for long time but since the talent on the court is so good they overcome his failures as a coach. They are going to be so much better next year with another coach it's going to make all the difference in the world wait n see

Very unfortunate series for the Bucks being a neutral fan of both teams this was an incredible collapse on the behalf of the Bucks. Miami grit, determination and coaching genius of Erik Spolestra shined brightly and Jimmy Butler has taken the NBA by STORM.
Strictly when it comes to basketball, this series exemplified a pattern of mediocrity (and at times outright ineptitude) with this teamās coaching staff, and Bud is the face of said staff. The game plan, the preparation, the adjustments, and the basketball IQ displayed was pitiful for such a talented roster and staff. For these reasons all the criticism and anger of Bucks fans is totally deserved.
Personally I wonāt demand or joke about his potential firing, but (and this coming from a Celtics fan) damn it really looked like Bud was in way over his head this series and if Milwaukee wants to get back to the Finals they need to shore up the personnel on the court and in the coaching staff pronto.
If Bud does NOT go the organization is NOT serious about winning going forward.. Reading the teas leaves I think Giannis would be very open to a new coach. You have tons of young assistant coaches in this league, fire Bud and start the interview process. His lack of in game adjustments is sickening, and he appears completely unwilling to change…
The reason why he doesn't have timeouts is because he has no offensive sets to run out of a timeout. It's basically run in transition and hope for the best.
I understood why he didn't have brook lopez on that lob play, since it would much worse to give up an open three with him out there. But everything else, from not containing jimmy, not calling timeout in regulation and overtime, not running good half court offense, I'm not going to lie, all of that is Coach Bud's fault.
