I do like Djurisic as a draft and stash guy. He was extremely impressive at the combine. Mintz is also pretty solid

Hifi I know next to nothing about but looking at his stats he’s in the same league (LNB Pro A) as Wembanyama and Coulibaly are and he averaged the 7th most ppg in the league this year on a 15-19 team. He’s a 6’1 guard who is 20 approaching 21 soonish.

    1. Nikola Djurisic

This one’s pretty free as rankings go. Should be in play as early as 27, and I wouldn’t be surprised if I had him ranked even higher. Probably the 2nd best international in this class, Rayan Rupert (who typically ranks above him) included. He’s a really skilled big guard as a passer and handler, and while the 3 point percentages are low, that’s more about degree of difficulty than ability.

    2. Judah Mintz

Mintz is probably the 2nd best guard in the class at getting to the rim, which is a need. He doesn’t do it through athletic explosion though, which tends to be a bit less reliable going to the next level. Not a great defender, even adjusting for Syracuse crap, and the argument around his shot is sketchy at best, so he’s a solid second rounder, but not a terrible pick with any of our seconds.

    3. Nadir Hifi

Hifi was immensely productive in a credible professional league, averaging a shade under 17 PPG on a shade under 60% TS. He was also a respectable passer and defender, though the defense was definitely limited by his poor size. I still need to do a harder dive on his tape than I have, but my leaning is that I wouldn’t hate using a second on him, I just wish it weren’t a top 40 one.

    4. Taevion Kinsey

Kinsey is a highlight dunker first and foremost, but he has finally added a few auxiliary things like a very low volume jump shot and some live dribble passing. Problem is he only did those things in year 5 and he’s still a very bad defender. Also, the numbers are heavily inflated by the breakneck pace Marshall plays at — 14th nationally (though, you’ll note Arizona is 13th). He’s probably worth an E10 but not a two-way

    5. Cedric Henderson

The last two guys are basically just “6’6″ and shot 40% from 3”. Henderson is younger and has a longer track record of shooting success, plus he played on a much better team. Overall, he gets the nod at 5, but he’s just G League roster filler.

    6. Javan Johnson

Some passing skill, but mostly, as noted earlier, the reason he’s here is that he’s 6’6″ and shot 40% from 3. But he’s also a 6th year senior who was nowhere close to pro level for the first 5. Fine to have him on the G League roster, but you’re probably not giving him even an E10.
