If a team was ever going to come back from down 0-3, it was gonna be in this situation. The more talented team falls behind for some reason. Then they turn it around by playing harder, and with a little luck. Boom.
When Jaylen Brown said that the Celtics can trade him, after feeling like they didn't value him early in the season, I said he is coming to the Raptors. Still think that! ..OG for Brown (as the core pieces). Trade Siakam for Scoot (if Blazer wants this), sign back Poeltl. Now you have Scoot/Brown back court – Barnes/Poeltl front court…fill in the rest.
I will say, great game by the Celtics. Don't blame Strus that hard as he was obviously coached to double Tatum off the inbound, and could not recover. Derrick White made an amazing play, and kudos to the Celtics. The truth is, Butler did not show-up! Sure he came alive at the end, but no, for 3 and a half quarters he was far to passive. Lowry is also DONE. But it was coaching to double Tatum off the inbound. Spo wanted to guard the game winning Tatum 3 as you know, you play to win, no forced OT on the road. The smartest player, no pun here, was Smart to get that shot up fast and on the rim for a rebound. Unreal. Amazing game!
