    AI didn't have a very long career either.. this is a dumb take because Jo weighs twice as much as AI and has been injury prone since college. He can never have a motor of a small guard. That's dumb. Compare him to another big.

    Embid got foot health issues which is why he sits. Have you seen those legs/feet. That man will need them amputated if he runs any harder.

    They needed to invest in Jimmy when they had him. That was the spark Embiid needed. No matter what skill set Ben Simmons had, he was not a leader

    I think this argument never takes into account how big these men are. If shaq, embid, etc. went this hard they might have broken down and not done shit. I can imagine that kind of size can only take so much of a beating, especially those tendons

    That’s not fair u can say this abt any athlete compared to A.I his effort/motor was 2nd to none and u can’t expect a guy of Embiid size to be conditioned like a guard. But he is lazy A.I just not a good comparison he played harder than everyone

    It’s a weird thing with Embiid man. Cause I understand why he moves so methodically and refuses to truly play hard downhill and use his size. If he played like that, he might play 15 games a year, and that’s a liberal estimate. He’s fine tuned his skillset so much that he can be an elite player without playing so recklessly as to be at an even higher risk of injury. But in the playoffs, in an elimination game especially, that has to go out the window. It’s so frustrating to watch, because he could truly be unstoppable, he holds the potential to be as dominant a player as we’ve seen since Shaq, but he refuses to let loose even with his season on the line.
