The Atlanta Hawks have fired head coach Atlanta Hawks after a 29-30 start to the 2022-23 NBA Season. NBA Insider Adrian Wojnarowski reported the news first, but things were trending in this direction after reports dropped earlier this season that McMillan and star guard Trae Young weren’t getting along. The Hawks have named Joe Prunty as their interim head coach for the remainder of this season. I’m shocked they did it, but it was definitely deserved. Excited to see a real system in place for the hawks.
Not shocked choice was either between Young and Nate; star players will always be given preference over coaches who are easily replaced.

3. I've been waiting on this. Dude had a stale ass offense. No defense, poor time out management, and refused to play the young guys. He would just ship them to our G league team. I'm glad he gone and it's time to go.

Nate mcmilla great coach . the only problem is that they don't have a talented player to support trae young. because the hawks are so eager to enter the finals. Also, this NBA season is difficult to get a good standing because many teams are already strong. if the hawks want to enter the nba finals they should invest in players and pick talented players in the nba draft like GSW.

Hiring Ime Udoka sends a terrible message.
Definitely not D’ antoni. He wouldn’t even sit Harden when he repeatedly went missing during multiple Rockets playoff runs. He would just let Trae stink up the place like he did in round 1 vs Miami last year.
