This was the perfect year for the Raptors. Playing away in Tampa in a Covid year they have a good shot to get a top 5 pick and do a very quick rebuild with the core in tact and tons of cap flexibility.

looks like you were wrong Andy Hoops. One thing you didnt factor is Masai Ujiri uses draft and unsigned players playing all around the world to retool his roster. looks like a really short rebuild now, cuz the raptors look pretty good with a very young core. he just retooled with a bigger longer younger team with the core intact, and fixed his rebounding problem from last year.
