Well actually in The First World War only Serbian troops would share cigarettes and talk to black people fighting for France. This is nothing new to us and we are very respectful and welcoming to all races and all kind of people

If someone is interested why Serbia and countries in that green group are not racist towards black people let me explain. Those are ex Yugoslavia countries. Socialist Yugoslavia was not part of eastern block and still was socialist country so president Tito made unuligned movement which consisted of countries that are not aligned with eather of major powers. Movement consisted of Yugoslavia and mostly African countries. Those countries and it’s leaders were praised in media and represented as friends in Yugoslavia.

Is yellow not positive? Itās weird to me to view a certain skin color as more positive than other skin colors. Yellow would be bad tho if it is because of a mixed dataset of very green and very red. My conclusion is that this image is kinda useless.

Yugoslavia also had no colonies in Africa. They had exchange projects where students from African countries could come to Yugoslavia to study medicine. Also, I have met a lot of people from Ex Yugoslavia on my travels through Africa that used to work there in the 80s that have stayed there in Africa with their families. Most of them were engineers that used to build roads through out the African continent.
