Chris Olave is the primary receiver, but the Saints could use a running mate in light of Michael Thomas’ durability concerns. The Saints don’t really do the tear-down rebuild thing, and with a weak NFC South, New Orleans could see an opportunity to pounce. The Saints have a healthy cap outlook at $13.6 million (not that the opposite would have stopped them), and Derek Carr is good enough to potentially entice Hopkins, who can continue playing in a dome and a warm-weather climate.

Carr looked his way often on third downs (converting a fresh set of downs on 58 of his 88 receptions, off of 118 career targets) and inside the red zone (scoring a touchdown on 15 of his 33 receptions inside the opposing 20-yard line, having drawn 45 career targets in that range), and there’s a lot of trust between the receiver and quarterback. If a play breaks down, Renfrow knows where his passer wants him to be.

Wouldn't mind having D-Hop. Michael Thomas is and has been my favorite player since Colston retired but as of lately he hasn't done much. I understand injuries, I played football but the best ability is availability and he hasn't been available. They also still need a veteran linebacker, maybe Anthony Barr?

I would take Renfrow over Hopkins at this point. Hopkins would want too much money in my opinion. But I personally would rather see the money spent on getting that O-line a bit better. Carr has done well over the years even when he has had "no name" receivers…. As long as his O-line could protect him!
