The Celtics Will NEVER Be The Same…

The Boston Celtics season is over after a loss in game 7 to the Miami Heat, and this offseason could bring big changes and trades.

  1. I think it’s pretty simple. If you extend Brown and then a year later extend Tatum. That’s your team. With the CBA in place that will be your team for several years. Is that enough?

  2. I said a few years ago they should have traded Brown, kept Hayward. Hayward, when healthy, is a better overall player than Brown.
I think it might be best for Celtics & Brown to part. Maybe trade him to the Hawks for John Collins, #15 overall pick & 2025, 2027 1st round picks.

  3. If some how Boston can trade Brown for Dame that would amazoning I think they have big chance on getting a ring

  4. Wouldn’t mind a trade jaylen brown for haliburton and turner or brown for towns. And sign dillon brooks for more attitude off the bench

  5. Tatum has proved he can’t be your #1 and brown isn’t worth the money… jeez idk who to get rid of, the guy who plays 3 quarters or the guy that can’t dribble…. Most likely commit to Tatum and get a 1A type player.

  6. I think the Celtics should call Cleveland and ask them what they are willing to give up for Darius? Would they take Grant and Smart? Or Grant, Derrick White, draft capital?

  7. This was the last chance the Celtics will ever win a championship. Knicks are going to be the team to beat in the next few years.

  8. 0:11 "…I think we've got some big changes coming for the Celtics." Umm, no. As you just said: you've been to the ECF twice in the past two years, and I think it's three out of the last four, IIRC. I wouldn't change a thing with regards to personnel. It's a mental block of some kind. They're good enough, clearly. Miami has been their EC nemesis for a bit now, almost on the par of a rival. You gotta tip your hat and say "next year". I mean, they beat Miami last year, or two years ago in the playoffs. They've met three times in recent years, and this was just simply the rubber match.

What you cannot do is panic and start shipping things around and making unnecessary trades and changes. If you would have kept your coach from last year, instead of sending him off (granted, for dipping his wick in OPP), I doubt you'd be in this situation. Not that the current coach is "bad", but he wasn't as good as the previous one (forgive me for not looking up names and writing them here). The current coach, like the team as a whole, will make improvements. And the Celtics will be right back in the ECF next year. And Miami will be in the other locker room. And the Celtics will say "remember last year?" And it will be ON!

  9. I think a Hawks-Celtics trade should work. Dejounte, and collins for Brown and Grant could work tbh. Or just Brown. Celtics get an elite perimeter defender and a very good playmaker, get a good versatile wing and Hawks get rid of Collins and get a good guard-wing in brown to put beside Trae.

  10. Jaylen and Jayson been together for a minute now and it just isn't gonna work.

If they haven't won one by now it ain't happening.

Blow this fraud squad up already.

  11. Brown + X For Embiid.

Reality is Harden will go to Houston and Philly wont be able to keep him. smart-Brogdon-Tatum-Embiid-Timelord

  12. It’s best for JB to go to Houston. This team is too streaky for the analytic ball style

  13. ITS PAUL PIERCE FAULT WE LOST GAME 7 OF THE ECF. HE IS A JINX. HE SHOULD NOT ENTER TD GARDEN DURING CRUCIAL GAMES LIKE THIS. THAT MAN IS A JINX

  14. Look at JT's stats in game 7 and then look at JT's stats when they win the Championship in Clique's video…

  15. As a FORMER CELTICS FAN, it is obvious this team spends more time whining and flopping than it does on having real offense beyond just shooting 3 pointers. This team is pure showboat. It is time to dump a big portion of the roster because they are dirty and selfish players.
