No they won't and they don't need to. The Celtics would at the bare minimum want J Green,Sengun or Smith and that 4th pick. Also I get the feeling the Celtics would only trade him for a veteran star. If I'm Boston I call Portland and get offer brown for Lillard. Maybe a little more and Portland would be a fool to say no. They would get Brown and also they have the 3rd pick. That's a great start to a rebuild
