  1. Every penny get DeMar outta here so he can the number two and watch how good this team is with the spacing you get for DeMar

  2. As we have seen this playoffs you don't need three or two Superstars you need two allstar level talents and rollplayers that can step up when called upon like a pwill or coby if he takes another step

  3. LOL, if they let Vuc walk… AKME should be fired immediately.. That would show a true lack of planning.. They're already cap strapped the team for 5 years by maxing a Beta (#2) as if he is a #1.. Letting a top 12 Center walk should send even the casuals on a witch hunt. WTH is with even the thought of giving up all those picks to let the target walk in 3 years? Major Baffonary..

  4. Bam is a better defender than Vooch by a good bit but yea…I don't know if I can put him over Vooch. Don't space the floor, timid on offense…but Vooch shouldn't be seeing anything near $29 a year. It isn't my money, but the team can't be tied up on that.

  5. I 100% agree Vooch was the most consistent player on both sides of the ball consistently solid on offense and consistently terrible on defense.

He is the classic example of why u can't fall in love with scoring. Bam Adebayo has a career +/- of +672 Vooch has a career +/- of -1162. Who cares if you scoring if u give up twice as many points on defense. He only has 3 seasons with a positive plus minus. He was negative last season when they made the playoffs. U sure Vooch is Better than Bam just because he can score more? Bam impacts winning on both sides of the ball even if he doesn't score at the same rate. Being a 2way player makes up for his offense not being there.

Vooch is solid offensively but if he isnt scoring he hurts us on defense. If they resign him i hope they either get him a power forward to play with or a helmet because he's bound to get hit in the head with the ball standing underneath all those alley opps.

  6. Short answer is no. If they extend Vuc for that price they'll be a worse team. If you can get Vuc for 3 years 60 mill or around there it's a good deal you can't pay him more than he made this year at 22 Mil and get to be a better team. The Bulls weren't just a PG away. They need more size, rebounding, and shooting to compete. If you resign Vuc for close to 30 million you won't be able to get any of that other stuff. 32 may not be old…for a PG, but for a big man time really wears on those knees. Look at Noah, Howard, Chandler, were some of them still good at 32? Sure, were they good at 36? Almost exclusively no. Giving a 4 year 30 mil contract to a guy who is likely to fall of a cliff in the next few years is a recipe for disaster. There are some that are still playing well like Brook Lopez at around that age, but it's not many. Most guys get old long before that.

If you sign Vuc for 25 Mil/year and can't trade Demar and take on less salary you're already only 12.6 mill under the tax. Which means you're not resigning Coby, and you're looking at most your mid-level exception to try and get a PG, and more Frontcort help.

The Bulls are hard stuck with an average roster no money, and no draft picks. This is going to be an ugly off season.

  7. Please don't max out Vucevic. He's not worth anything near that. Plus, with Ball's career likely over, it's time to hit the reset button.
