  1. Keldon and wemby would benefit each other ,wemby would loosen the lane for keldon to drive , and when it gets tight on the lane ,he can pass to wemby .we have to think guys it takes awhile to get the game plays of spurs so imo keldon shouldn't be touch ,at rather give vassell than him bec of health issues ,kj is much durable ,

  2. I’d love to hold onto Keldon Johnson if possible, he would be an elite sixth man. He definitely needs to come off the bench, who cares if it bothers him, I think he’s a professional and would take it fine. but if there was a trade that sent him away in exchange for getting back into the top five of this draft… I think that’s definitely something we have to go for. He seems to be a really great presence in the locker room, it would be a shame to lose them so it would have to be for some thing really worth it.
    😊

  3. How many 1st round picks is KJ worth right now? 2, maybe 3? Wemby makes everyone one better. Vassell, Tre, Sochan, Collins, and Poetl made Keldon better when they were ALL available. I would love to see Keldon with a full strength roster. But if Keldon gets dealt along with 2 1st rounders, then the Spurs should get whatever they want. Scoot, Amen, Anthony Black.

  4. Wemby
    Sochan
    Devin
    Collins
    Tre
    Johson 6th man
But if the Spurs can get Scoot or top 5 pick the Spurs should use their dratf capital and maybe Keldon to make it happen.

  5. I disagree with the notion that Keldon should be traded. First of all, keldon and a bunch of picks does not get us a top 4 pick especially not in this draft. Portland with KJ gets better but not that much better to justify giving up a 3rd pick for him. And hornets and rockets are just not doing that. They are bad and have the opportunity to take franchise changing players with their picks. The same goes for pistons who were literally the worst team this year.

Secondly, KJ is not a 4. He is a 3 so there is no overlap between him and Wemby positionally. His skillet is also very different from Vassell and Sochan so they can all coexist on the same floor next to Wemby. The way you guys are talking, you make it seem like they can't play together. KJ is a guy who provides incredible rim pressure unlike the other two players. I also believe that his shooting will improve now that he isn't required to be the number 1 or 2 option on the team. Vassell is more of a midrange guy and a 3pt shooter who does not get to the rim as much or effectively as keldon. Sochan is just a swish arm knife and we don't even know what his ceiling is. He could be a point guard or a 4. But we do know he has a lot that he can offer. They can all play together just fine especially with Wemby as the number 1 guy.

Lastly, I would not trade Keldon for a pick lower than 5. I think there is a lot of uncertainty with those guys in this draft and you never know if any of them would be as good as keldon is now. Asuar maybe is the only one id trade for if he fell past #5 but I'd try to trade Blake and a ton of picks instead of trading Keldon.

Also Tre is good but not that good

    These are my thoughts

  6. Laughing my absolute ass off at this dudes trade package for Charlotte pick 2 hahahahaha smoke some more crack man 😂😂😂. Johnson, atl 2025 1st, and then he even said MAYBE next years spurs pick hahahahahaha. For pick 2 😂😂😂😂😂. Good god what an absolute fantasy world trade

  7. Trey Jones is good, but the Spurs need someone who’s more dynamic and athletic as the starting pg. I see Trey, if he stays, coming off the bench.

  8. yo… i know its a podcast, and its about the audio… But is Jeff Garcia horrifically ugly? Put yourself in the vids dude. Give me some video. This shit is awful

  9. Moving Keldon. Would ruin the culture. I will be extremely pissed if they move our biggest Culture guy who has been the iron man of these crappy seasons.

  10. I hope teams undervalue Tre Jones and just offer him decent contracts because i really want him to return even though I only see him as a backup floor general. But I do think he might not return, it'll be like Kyle Anderson all over again. And i also want Keldon to remain a Spur. I think he might fit coming off the bench giving us energy or get to the free throw line type of player. They should try him at the 5 for situational use. Use his big body to wear down the bigs and have Wemby come over to help when they do take a shot. Just run the same Spurs back and see who'll fit with Wemby. If someone's tradeable it should be Graham. Get Wesley some minutes, who knows he might be the Spurs point guard of the future.

  11. These guests are killing me. Sochan can’t play the 5. He’s a 3 or a 4 or a 1. 1 allows the Spurs to vette Keldon w/Wemby. Or Vassell off the bench. Tre Jones can be just like his brother in Memphis—one of the best backup PGs in the league.

  12. with Pg's in the league like Tre young , jamal murray , Lillard , curry etc i dont think jones is .what we need . We need a big explosive PG that Can defend and shoot the 3 . Hes a real good back up though and he seems to be a great locker guy the team seems to like him so he could be a good matt bonner like asset

  13. I would trade Keldon. Keldon, Zach Collins, and devonte Graham could clear $40 million for a sign and trade or more- just feel he’s the odd man out. Mamu needs to be resigned. Now you have more money to spend for a point guard. Don’t give up the Atlanta pick though.
