For sure it means the end of an era. The architect of what we’ve accomplished as an organization the last 12 years is officially gone. For me Bob wasn’t only a very successful and visionary GM, he was also the main figure behind the scenes who encapsulated this teams ethos, values and trust culture. These feats will be very very hard to replace. I’m honestly worried but seeing Joe being so decisive and setting the tone early does give me some confidence for the future. But Bob will be sorely missed.
