The Celtics problem is they lack a elite third super star. Now they are about to lose one. And they don't have a elite head coach.
Brown is not worth a max deal I don’t know what they can get for him is the problem.Get a good veteran coach is what I would do mazzulla is a project coach.

Brown is not worth a max. He's a 2 guard that can't dribble. Trade him for a superstar big man like jjjr in Memphis
The individuals on this team have all hit their peak in terms of player performance. The only one who potentially has more ceiling is Derrick. So run it back makes little sense. If I were in leadership and wanted to see improvement I would be looking to bring in new talent. As to Joe I think he is a better assistant then a head coach at this point.

My feeling is trade Tatum and Brown now. Neither will ever lead a team to win a championship, they do not have it, and frankly, I don't want to see them win one. Tatum's head has gotten so swelled I cant even stand to watch him anymore. yelling at refs, swinging his arms, closing his eyes as he drives, and missing 10 or 11 3 pointers, don't want it, I do not want to see them win, if they do, I would rather see it in another town. People have completely over rated these two.
Scal is an idiot. Jaylen is a ranking NBAPA member and will not screw over the guys coming up by taking less than the what he is eligible for. It would set a terrible precedent as it concerns other players.

What’s weird about Malcom speaking facts? I agreed with everything he said. Joe literally blamed losses during the season on not jacking up more threes than the other team and barely ever talked defense. In his 1 year here I’d vote him in as team captain. Better than hearing “it’s a miss or make league” after every loss
