I live in Denver and sometimes I get a little jealous of all the things he does and connections he has here compared to Indy. Although I get it I also choose to spend my time in Denver and Colorado over Indiana, but I’m still a Indiana sports guy.

I don’t think they he’s just doing this out of the goodness of his heart. Him and Eli were both in NBA Finals teaser commercials. I’m guessing Peyton was just asked out of an assortment of other possible choices because he played in Denver and Eli Manning/Magic Johnson/Larry Bird didn’t.
If it were the Pacers and not the Nuggets in the finals, I think Peyton would also be asked to be narrator. Him or Larry Bird.
To be fair, the Pacers have a legendary player who works as a broadcaster now, so I have a feeling he may get asked to do that type of stuff.
Maybe if the Pacers made it to the finals?
