  1. Good Morning Joe and Damichael, I know it may be too early now, but do y’all think we can get off season training progression updates on the guys? Are the smaller guards putting on weight, while remaining committed to the training and recovery that got them to this level? And are the bigs strength and conditioning training on more low post work and post position establishment? Thanks guys for the work. It’s obvious that you guys do your research and have a love for the game and team. Keep up the great work as at this rate the show should continue to grow!

  2. Yea Ja can’t hold Jaren accountable for not shooting enough shots when it’s his jobs to get him the ball. The system will need to change to have Jaren lead. The Michael Porter risk was very different from the Zaire Williams because Porter was only due to injury. Porter was seen as the best player in the draft even with the injury. Williams had enough game tape and raw numbers that just didn’t justify that pick. Jury still out in him at the moment but it’s still too early. Adams was really not the better but the fit the coaches wanted. JV brought more value and played a way the Grizzlies needed. The coach just wanted to run his system but should have change it some. We actually lost to the Warriors because of it. If JV actually played that series his length and skill would have cost a problem in the post. That’s why it’s hard for me to see Jenkins continue being the coach of the future if he can’t figure out that he should use Jaren as the 1st option and stop with all the 3s.
