The NBA Should Be Terrified Of The Thunder…



I think the OKC Thunder easily have the brightest future among all the teams in the lottery. Which may come as a surprise because they have the 12th pick in the draft. And aren’t slated to get one of the true blue chip prospects in this class. But when you look at the Thunder currently you see all the signs of potential to be a contender for years to come. Established franchise cornerstones. High upside young talent. As well as all the assets to make any move they really want to. This was a team many thought would be towards the bottom of the league this year. But they shocked many by making the play in. And almost making the playoffs. With the pieces they have. The moves they can make. And options at pick 12. The rest of the NBA should be terrified of this Thunder team.

    Next season is gonna by crazy, SGA, Chet, JDub & Giddey they still even got Lu Dort, Tre Mann and Pokusevski also I expect Poku plus Mann to step up more if they wanna remain or have a spot in OKC.

    Chet going to be a threat the dudes legit on both offense/defense, switchable then versatile better watch out with JDub as well to improve again while Giddey is gonna take another leap.

    Lastly SGA the humble leader of the Thunder is gonna lead them to a the promise land very soon.

    JDub resembles Jalen Brown more with his skillset and the physical gifts or frame he has while Williams has a similar playstyle to SGA too, He has admitted that he was watching Shai a lot of the times before getting drafted to OKC.

    JDub also said he's mimicking what he learned from SGA you can see the tendencies/signature moves he has copied from Shai just watching his game

    Good vid , but I feel like jdub has a way higher ceiling , and could see him being a 20 , 6 , 6 guy

    Maybe for next 3 seasons or so but if they keep their players, the new CBA will kill them eventually.

    J Dub has a higher ceiling then Igoudala he’s a better shooter shot over 40% from three after January 10% and 60% true shooting on the year prime Iggy wasn’t quite that efficient. And J Dub is a bit faster, 7’2 wingspan vs 6’11 for Iggy, 39 inch vertical vs 34.5 for Iggy and he is more creative in attacking the basket Iggy was more straight line or a couple goto moves J Dub’s bag is somewhat like Shai’s. He has an All-NBA ceiling
