He is perfect culture fit for Miami. What Pat Riley, and Spo and guys like Wade, Udonis and Alonzo and more have done is create that culture.
He was never a great fit for the Timberwolves. He wanted the other guys to lead as well and after that scrimmage, he lost a lot of faith in KAT and the others.
He would have been perfect for the 76ers had he been there. Joel needs a guy who is a natural born leader and won’t take shit from anyone. Someone to tell Joel to stop bullshitting around be aggressive.

Can you blame him? His attitude and charisma go great with the Heat culture. As a Boston and basketball fan I couldn’t get mad at him for playing the way he does. It’s seldom in today’s game where you see a killer instinct and players putting a hard effort every game. I wish Jimmy Buckets all the success to him and hope these finals go to 7 games.
