  1. Going to get that sleep mask so I can fall asleep listening to Torey and Eric debating each other over draft prospects 😅

  2. What makes sense is to start over. Unless we can get Jerome Robinson from NY for the 23rd and a couple of scrubs plus another 3 and D. Maybe move the 3rd for 6 and 11. Get a Thompson twin and another future star.

  3. No to any expiring contract with a supermax resign. Sign a PF/C who would improve on the rebounding and rim protection woes.

  4. I just want Mikal dude, & like I don’t see why we could get both Mikal & JB & keep Sharpe, if we free up our future 1st

  5. I agree with you Torey. I don't know want any of those one and done players. The only one and done player I am okay with is Jaylen Brown, and that's because JB is so gifted offensively. Many of his flaws can be fixed if he was with Portland, make him play basketball the right way. In the draft, I don't want any one and done players either. We can't get a big name with our lottery pick, trade down with Utah's 16th pick and get Kris Murray along with Utah's 28th pick and Udoka Azubuike.

  6. Siakam and KAT dont do it for me. We need dogs on defense. Its either OG, Bridges, or Brown. If only we could get one of those 3 and then a guy like Claxton or our long lost son Collins back ; )

  7. There's some friction in Memphis i'd take Steven Adams if they shop him or even Andre Drummond

  8. To play devil’s advocate, Grant needs a new contract. So if you traded for Siakam, why not just let Grant walk? I genuinely ask this, because if you let Grant walk, you could invest the money you would’ve given Grant in depth along with a low-usage point-of-attack defender – like KCP or Thybulle who’s role would be to shoot 3’s and defend the best opposing player/point of attack. That would free up Siakam to be a help-side defender – where he excels – and makes that Dame-Siakam pairing much more palatable. I’m just curious why Portland fans have this “Mikal Bridges or bust” type attitude, which will inevitably lead to disappointment because they will likely be priced out of those type of players. Mainly because roughly 30 teams want a Mikal Bridges, OG Anunoby-type player, so the value is sky high.

  9. As much as I want Aton on our team I agree with your 4 pics to stay away from.

  10. Can you please make a video where Portland keeps the pick and Dame, however trade future picks to get better.
only takes #23 to Chicago to unlock future picks, and we got all our future 1st..
all this big trades happened in the last couple of years (KD, Rudy, DM, Harden etc) were based on future pick (no team i believe has traded top 5 pick)
if we have Sharpe and lets say Miller, who cares about '24, '26, '28 picks imo (they can be traded later for probably more)

    Thanks

  11. So… what star that may be available do you want then? Brown may not be attainable and OG isn’t a star that helps this team truly compete. I understand your reasoning no doubt but I mean if we aren’t going after DeMar,Pascal or KAT who the hell are they gonna be able to get?

  12. Blazers fans are hilarious man.

While I agree that guys like DeRozan, Ayton and KAT don't solve your problems, I think Siakam does…at least partially. But the real issue here is believe that it's going to take just one trade to turn the current Blazers into championship contenders. The truth is – it likely won't; and if it does, it will require multiple teams involved and fairly severe roster overhaul.

As a Raptor fan, I understand the desire for OG. He's really good at what he does. But Siakam is better, even with that subpar 3ptFG and if you're going to trade #3 plus other assets anyways, you're going to want the better player.

Brown, should he be moved by the Celtics could be an interesting fit, though I'm not sure of the viability of having another ball dominant guard beside Dame all while not shoring up the paint defense. But Celtics will not be interested in a package that involves high picks and youth while they have Tatum and just played in the ECF.

  13. Hi, I love how you kill Demar who's an all-star. Yeah he's a older but can he get his own shoot on his own. Remember how many great 3 point shooters are even in the NBA maybe 5 or 6 at most. Imagine him giving you 25 ppg. at the small forward position. Instead of amazing three point shooting small forwards the Blazers have in Cam Reddish or Nasir "GIVE u little of Nothing" Little. He's older but with him as your starting small forward I bet the Blazers make the playoff's. As for defense…simply do this. You don't play it, you don't Play!

  14. It's so sad when the Blazer passed on getting Rui, who again was cursed for not being a 3 point shooter! Imagine the laughter seeing him help the Lakers in the Playoffs. What's sad is: no team can depend on drafting players that really come in ready to play and contribute. The draft keeps getting younger and younger of players who aren't ready to contribute. While the G League teams get stronger because a lot these players play most of their 1st or 2nd year there instead of the NBA! Everyone wants the quick fix trade players for stars. Maybe the league and Blazers better wake up and start draft contributors instead of potential Nasir Little and others. Peace!

  15. 3/4. Siakam is way better than you think, both on offence and defence. And contrary to poplular Portland belief, he’s a lot better than Jaylen Brown. Way more complete player, and a proven winner at the highest level. Agree 100% on KAT, Ayton, and Demar.

  16. I don’t agree I think that DeMar DeRozan could fit in nicely as a secondary ball handler. The guy get like 24ppg w/ 6 assists per game. He can allow Damian Lillard to come off screens, which he’s been asking for , and wihen Dame sits, Demar could be the main ballhandler like Anthony Simmons, which is who you probably have to trade & a couple first round picks. But I woulnot trade the number three pick pic for the Derozan, however. His age and contract type perfectly with Brandon Miller coming of age. If we decide to resign derozan later, he’d be as a back up small Ford point guard with Brandon Miller starting. You could always sign Andre Drummond as a free agent for rebounding, and then somebody else for defensive capability coming off the bench. And having Damian Lillard , DeMar DeRozan, & ,Grant mentoring shaedan sharp, and Brandon Miller ooh, I get chills thinking about it
