All the Celtics did in this game was chuck three pointers or drive to the basket and then fumble the ball turning it over. The way basketball is played in this game, was rather awful. Its basically isolation ball or shoot a three. No real actual planning or fundamental style of play.

Pathetic is a bit of a strong word to use for the Celtics. If they're pathetic what does that say for the rest of the Eastern Conference that didn't even make it as far, are they less than pathetic?
Miami's bench kicked it into another gear this post season and Jimmy Butler is playing lights out. Battling back from a 3-0 deficit and Celtics inability to put games away or win at home still effects them greatly but they are young and still a great basketball team.
I think the Knicks would have beaten the Celtics as well. What held NYk back was experience and injuries. A loss like this can break a team up.. especially if you are a number two seed.

Boston still has this beta mindset wherein they just can't take what is theirs. They suck when the pressure and expectations are at its peak. Only time they played great this series was when they were about to be eliminated.. but the moment they had the upper hand, they couldn't finish the job.
Boston was 2nd seed and made it to ECF. If they are pathetic, what are Bucks and Sixers (or Lakers, Suns and Warriors)? Or all the other teams that didn't even make it to the playoffs?
NBA teams have players that are all playing at the highest level of the sport. It's the little things like coaching, management and sometimes luck that makes the difference.
Too many people thinking they're experts, the media is trash, coaches get fired left and right all because people think it's either championship or rebuilt every season.
Denver and Miami kept their coach and core players, hell or high water, it payed off in the end. Whomever loses in the finals, is still a winner to get there beating all the odds stacked against them.

it feels weird talking about miami as if they were expected to pack up the celtics, i get the whole 3-0 lead thing but we are talking about a team that on paper was a pretty ruff looking 8 seed missing one of there most key players over performing. the celtics are just kinda scrubs when it matters most. And honestly everything that has happened since miami's first win in the playoffs has been a cherry on top for the franchise, If they even manage to make the finals competitive then we will have gotten more than we paid for with this team. #heatculture
