Let’s say that reports about the blazers being happy choosing at 3 are true.
I love watching Adam Spinella’s videos on prospects, because he also covers weakness in addition to strengths. After watching both videos on scoot and Brandon Miller, who would you rather have on the blazers?
I’m all in on Scoot Henderson. I know we don’t have a choice between the non-wemby prospects, but the stuff he can do on offense is amazing and he looks like he could quickly develop into a star.

I’m of the view Scoot is in a tier of his own below Wemby. Miller, Thompson twins, and the rest of the lottery just aren’t even close. Unfortunately if Scoot does fall to the Blazers he is a redundant fit next to Dame, Sharpe, and Simons. If the Blazers keep Scoot trading Dame and going into rebuild would be the best option. Unless there is a Mikal Bridges or equal player that would require Scoot/Simons.
Sharpe plus Scoot would be a good core to build around.

Scoot is the better prospect. Miller is still a fantastic prospect in his own right that is a better fit as currently constructed and could help this roster early in his career. Would be excited to have either. Keep the pick
Scoot by a mile, then Amen Thompson, then trading down, then Miller.
Even ignoring our current roster, I vastly prefer Miller. His floor is higher and I think his ceiling is higher.
I’m comfortable with either but I’d rather see Miller end up with us. I have them just about even as prospects.
I think Miller’s flaws are more easily fixable and he’ll fill out athletically when he gets on that NBA diet/training. The jumper is there. The defensive instincts are there. The size is there. He can make an impact off the bench immediately imo.
Scoot’s flaws are more difficult. He’s got size and athleticism but he doesn’t quite have the right skills imo. His outside shot is really, really bad and he hasn’t shown the right mentality on defense. He’s going to need much more time to get to that level in the league.
Trade back with Orlando, ant and #3 for #6 WCJ and fultz and pick between Ausar, whitmore or walker.
I would draft whichever one Dame wants. I think they’re both going to be great players. If we didn’t have Dame I’d go Scoot.

Miller fits the team right now. Scoot fits with an eye on the future. Can’t lose with either one.
I’d rather sign Skylar Mays than draft Scoot. He’ll be a good NBA point guard in a few years but he looks good partly because those defenses are horrible and small.
You have to take scoot. Miller is the better fit but you don’t pass on a talent like scoot.

Scoot. At 3 you go for upside and not fit. Brandon Miller may turn into a solid borderline all star, but scoot has all nba upside. Plus with PDXs track record of developing guards I’m going with him
I trust the Trailblazers scouting department to make the right decision between Brandon Miller and Scoot Henderson. With the state of our roster, we should draft the best player available.

Miller, all day. He’d be the #1 pick in any other draft, and if he falls to #3 then it’s a no-brainer.
But no way Charlotte, who already has a franchise PG, takes Scoot. So we just have to get him and trade him.
Scoot cannot shoot the three, so he’s not even the next Westbrook.
