Take time away from when periods end and halftime. Get strict on delay of game/hanging on rim. Personally I’d half the time halftime is currently.

When did NBA games become to long? Why is this a concern? I’ve never heard anyone complain about the length of a basketball game. How about not starting them at 9pm? That’s a thought
