I would rather the Pistons take a chance with Monty than go for one of the assistants that were reported as finalist. A team like the Pistons need someone who is proven as a coach and leader of men. If not Monty who? Doc? Bud is taken. Monty does not have a championship under his belt but he is considered a top coach in the league.
