They Need to Play Defense and they need to sign someone tough like Demarcus Cousins,they really need a big man someone that can focus on defense and Rebounds,stop shooting too many 3s and find players that can drive to the middle.

if the 3s are not falling you need to drive to the middle and hopefully get a foul call.
(1) Hire VETERAN Assistant coaches, (2) MANDATE defense first ball movement mentality, (3) Speak to JB to see if he wants to be here and be happy or if he wishes to be the number 1 option elsewhere (4) Buy 1 to 2 first round picks from teams looking to move out of it and get 2 defensive first types to allow depth for a team that will have 2 max player salaries in 2 years.
Boston need a great coach and best point gard
Disappointing. These guys are overly positive to the point that it’s hurting our team. They seem to be happy just to be in the mix, never the #1. Makes me regret spending so much $$ on tickets every season.
It’s clear as day Mazzulla is not ready to coach a championship level team. Good guy but years from being the guy to lead a team to a Championship. Adjustments, using depth, timeouts, schemes, player roles all were lackluster this postseason. Also jacking up threes being the game plan will never work. Houston did it with Dantoni and look where that got them
mediocre coach and mediocre GM. We are not winning a championhsip in the tatum era.

Brad Stevens just wrecked this team! Mazzulla never should have been hired in the first place. Once they dropped the interim tag and gave him the contract they had to keep him or else pay out millions. If they had waited, they could of hired a real coach. Nurse, Budenholzer, Doc, Monty, all became available. Brad stunk as a head coach and stinks as a team president. Where's Danny Ainge?? Bring him back.

Cmom brad hire master tactician. How many leads they blow from inferior teams do you need? I dont wanna see them keep jacking 3s even it ain't falling, no plan B at all.
So much fluff talk. I wanna hear a real plan. Like this:
1) Ask JB if he really wants to be there and if so, tell him to work on dribbling with his left hand over the summer. If not go for a trade like Dejounte Murray, who's around the same age and cooked us in the first round.
2) Change the strategy to drive to the rim if shots aren't falling and punish the players who continue to chuck up 3's after iso-ball like it was this year's all-star game, and work on off-ball movement.
3) Get Horford out of the team: although he has had some great defensive plays, he's old and so many times he gets caught ball watching and refuses to step up to the other team's offensive player when the screen is set. This was noticeable last year against Steph.
4) If Joe's going to continue to be the head coach, tell him to lose his fucking ego. His stubborn arrogance in every damn press conference is so obvious and rubs off on the team. There's an issue when your head coach literally tells the media he will refuse to change strategies when it hasn't been working.

brad was right. protect homecourt advantage which the celtics failed in the heat series. if not for the game 2 collapse it would have been over in game 6.
I still have faith in Joe it was his first year I look forward to this offseason to the changes they might make I hope they can still keep this team with maybe a little changes in the front office or lineup.

Celtics don’t have time for Joe to develop his coaching skills. The time for winning championships is now!! The Jays are about to enter their prime years and they’re not getting any younger. As much as I love Al, he needs to come off the bench from now on or simply retire. Rob needs better conditioning and stay injury free if they wanna be successful. And if Celtics say they got the deepest bench in the League, GIVE THEM MINUTES!!! If your starters aren’t getting the job done, take them out. Someone on the bench will always be ready when their number gets called. Another thing i wanna add is CALL YOUR TIMEOUTS!!! And most important of all, STOP JACKING UP 3!!! If the 3ball isn’t falling, drive to the basket, look for contact, if you got a good look on a shot but your teammate has a better shot, get the ball to him. I remember when a lot of players used to hit midrange shots. And last, work of your dribbling skills and diminish turnovers. I’ve been a fan for 20 years and this season was the most disappointing one I can remember.
What's this? No accountability from GM Brad??? Your non-chalant approach to replace the assistant coaches of Joe also did the team in. It's no wonder that your 8 seasons as Celtic head coach resulted in zero (0) championships.

Brown and Tatum do get better every year still n idc that’s gonna make us scary next season I just hope we see everyone together putting the work in not only individually
Joe didn’t do anything. Joe got a Free Ride to the playoffs by a team that went to the Finals the year before… Brad organized everything alright, he Organized and Orchestrated a Decline… I see the Decline from last season… Maybe Brad needs his vision checked…!!! #ThisGuyDoesntHaveAClue
