LOL, I luv this guy.
I'll say this he helped stabilize the Hornets, and Phoenix Suns, I know he won coach of the year with superior talent on the roster. He's a good coach and showed that he can make poorer franchises at least relevant. Now it's on Troy Weaver to continue to draft well and find some Free Agents who are good fits around the young Nucleus. I believe Detroit could be near a .500 ballclub next year after this move.
If Weaver can draft a great SF or PF via the draft and pickup a good starter in FA to plug whatever he didn't bring in You got Cade, Ivey, Duren, #5 overall pick (maybe Cam Whitmore) and maybe they make a play for an OG Anunoby and all the sudden you have an extremely young 5 man core with tons of upside. After that coaching, chemistry and player development is mainly what you gotta focus on. Despite the lottery not going their way, The Pistons are in an extremely good spot because of that Duren trade up.
I like the hire. Just need to get some more talent on the roster. Let's get some legit wing scoring options. Guys that can knock down shots. We have guards and bigs. #PistonsDieHard

Well Sam Presti has turned the thunder around in 3 years… And has a ton of draft capital too with a returning Chet and a very good young core and no vets over 26 with real playing time… Casey's coaching held this team back… Not allowing this team to run is just insane!!! You have to let Cade and Ivey develop
