“I really feel for a guy like him because there are guys that work at it and then there are guys that are obsessed with it. And he’s obsessed with it. You know, that’s kind of his personality. He works at it. He’s a really good player, as I’ve told him many times this year. Everybody knows you’re a really good player, not only in this building, but around the league. … But we don’t know how that’s all going to shake itself out moving forward.”

“Yeah, I think he is. I thought he did a really good job with this group. Everybody’s going to overreact to the best players and coaches after every game. That’s always the way it is. We know that going in, so we have to be able to judge things on the whole. He’s a terrific leader, he’ll only get better at anything that he can learn from this year, because he’s constantly trying to learn. And he’s accountable. Those leadership qualities are hard to find.”

Trade Smart or Brogdon or both and keep Pritchard. That won't happen though. If he goes to a bad team and starts he's gonna light it up. If Boston had played him more this season, they probably could have increased his value a lot.

Pritchard, if he really wants out, should be a part of a package for a big that could be a future Al Horford replacement. An package of Pritchard and Grant Williams is probably a good enough package for the likes of Myles Turner, Marvin Bagley and the likes.
Will your not extending the championship window if you extend Brown your going to HAVE to pay Jayson Tatum the supermax which would make him the highest paid player in the NBA Jaylen Brown's extension would also make him the highest paid in the NBA. All that sounds great except your moving close to that second Aapron which would esscentlety make building your roster around those 2 impossible

Joe SKATED THROUGH THIS SEASON on the back of & the strength of the existing already successful team…
After losing in the Finals last year they started their season strong OFF OF RESIDUAL RESIDUE OF LAST SEASONS SUCCESS… That 57 win record isn’t impressive to me. That record belongs to the PLAYERS, because they CARRIED Joe all season while he learned to call timeouts…!!!
The # 2nd Defense was FABRICATED & WE ALL KNOW IT… If Joe isn’t ready to lead a Championship contending level team next year. I say Brad put’s HIS job on the line (Joe already cost us one season)& resigns…!!!
This same team, was in the FINALS LAST YEAR… The City’s expectations are not to go backwards and wait for a GREENHORN to learn HOW TO GIVE PREGAME SPEECHES, well enough to compete with a Spoelstra or Popovic or even Doc Rivers who out coached Mazulla as well…!!
