Gotta be the first player to leave Klutch
[Wiggins did something similar if I remember right.](https://www.slamonline.com/archives/andrew-wiggins-fires-agent/) He dropped or changed agencies right before signing his extension and his old agency was obviously all pissed they put in all the leg work during the rookie deal only to be dumped before the rookie max.
EDIT: Coincidentally Wiggins left Duffy. I’m sure Duffy will concede his commission to Ant’s previous agency…
Seems like A-Rod has some influence on this decision. He convinced Carlos Correa to sign with WME a couple years ago before he went to Boras during his free agency.
Does not really matter because Ant will anyway sign his rookie max extension. Hopefully he will not ask for 5th year player option, similar to Ja.
[Dane Moore] Why is Ant leaving Klutch?
Text I got: “Bill Duffy is Bill Duffy”
Anthony Edwards and Jaden McDaniels now both represented by Duffy and WME as they enter contract extension negotiations this summer.
What negotiations???
Here is the most money we are legally able to give you.
Thought it said he signed with WWE for a hot second.
There goes lebron and draymond hyping him up lol
My forever optimist take: Klutch wanted Ant in a bigger market and Ant wants to play his entire career in Minnesota with Jaden
In case people don’t know Bill Duffy went to the University of Minnesota, roommate of Kevin McHale in college, and the Wolves have dealt with him for decades, most recently with Pat Bev.
I read this as him signing with the WWE and I got pretty interested for a sec
