[Wojnarowski] ESPN Sources: James Borrego has agreed to become New Orleans’ associate head coach. Borrego spent four seasons as Charlotte’s head coach, including back-to-back play-in berths. Pelicans are eager to incorporate his offensive philosophy.

Looks like Borrego is off the table
Nooo
Borrego would’ve been nice but I’m happy with the hires so far.
Damn I was hoping to have him as lead assistant
Mahmoud Adbelfattah pls
This team needs an offensive tactitian. They got Udoka for defense and a bunch of developmental guys
Or bringing back Abdelfattah would be fine
Makes sense for him to go somewhere like New Orleans. If that team disappoints, Willie Green will be fired and Borrego has a chance to be a head coach.
Won’t happen this season in Houston.
