I get so sick of people saying 'well Jokic can't defend…' Umm… the man LED the NBA in DEFENSEIVE box +/- the last two seasons. That means his team is better defensively when he is on the court versus off more than any other player brings to his team. Is he a typical big man 'rim protector' like Gobert, Embiid, etc.? No, most definitely not. However, he was top 10 in STEALS in the NBA… a Center… there are 60 starting guards in the NBA, but Joker is top 10 in steals? how many plays does he break up with his great hands and anticipation, etc. how many bigs does he guard in the post and the perimeter and outplay consistently on both ends of the floor? Look at his defensive rebounding numbers… that IS a defensive statistic and he is top 3 in the NBA consistently year in and year out. So stop with the BS that Joker can't play defense. He just doesn't do it like most Centers do.
I like Joker, but the most unstoppable ever , come on guys there have been a lot of great players who you could consider unstoppable in their prime.
