IMO the focus on the whole “undrafted” stuff is dumb in general as well as this mishap

I guess the entire West sucks because they lost to a second round pick

  2. WalksWithKemba

Where was the graphic, could you circle it for me so I can see it

  3. pskill43

ESPN is Garbage . Not the first time they miss a play coming back from a time out. Not gonna be the last time

  4. west_brooker

No wonder they went backcourt, they couldn’t see where they were on the court

  5. Lol tbf about 75% of the court is visible, it’s just that all the action on this play was in the other 25%

  6. chickenripp

ESPN: who really wants to watch basketball?

  7. imnotboutdatlife

They did this last game too. Akin to wrestling where we’ll miss a critical shot if something happening with the wrestlers because they’ll show the crowd. Love ESPN

  8. dotteddoctor

Other than Mike Breen ESPN is so garbage

  9. BootStrapWill

Meanwhile recording this clip and posting it to reddit while the game is on

  10. Humble-Principle1858

Just what we need: ads right up until the game has already started and infographics that don’t allow you to watch the court. Fucking well done lads

  11. 20BeersDeep

had to illegally stream the first 4min of the game bc espn site was 30min behind until the 8th min where it cut to the game

  12. Salty_Watermelon

ESPN always trying to devalue the actual game of basketball in favor of ads, narratives, cherry picked stats, etc.

  13. Octavian_202

The refs came to play tonight too, its not even subtle.

  14. DickChodeBalls

Am I the only one that doesn’t have commentary for this game? I’m watching on Sling Tv and the whole game is shown from the drone camera angle with no commentary. It’s very strange.

  15. reddituser43211234

We were complaining about missing plays due to the commercials so they decided to change it up

  16. yasmiester

Lol ESPN cares more about beating a dead horse than the actual game

  17. CraigOfWar

I turn my TV off right then and there. I vow to never watch again.

  18. TemporaryValue5755

This happened last year in the finals in game 6 warriors celtics and Steph nut punches smart and hits an open 3 while smart is keeled over. Or it was just a flop cuz marcus smart.

  19. DrugzRBadMmmKay

Well, they obviously can’t show that when the game is stopped as it hurts advertising revenue.. /s

  20. MaltMilchek

Leo-dicaprio-pointing-meme.jpg – The graphic designer who made this

  21. EarlofSlammwich

The Heat are going to get mashed by a real elite team

  22. suckmedrie

Guys did you know that the heat have 4 undrafted players? And they’re an 8 seed

  23. earthgrasshopperlog

This is how it has felt to watch the entire heat playoffs run.

  24. j1h15233

ESPN is such trash. I really hope they lose all broadcast rights for every sport they have

  25. YoungNissan

ESPN is fucking up these finals so badly. 25% of the effort as last year

  26. rtels2023

Could’ve easily done this during a stoppage in play, but I guess they couldn’t get in as many ad breaks then

  27. PossessionDue9381

Wait the heat have undrafted players? I don’t think they’ve mentioned it multiple times in every single game of the playoffs. Thank goodness for this graphic.

  28. bigpimpin8558

ESPN telecast suck balls. Their graphics, the odd camera angles, annoying AF three point pop-up, the damn ticker….

    TNT is far better

  29. rookie-mistake

LOL this could’ve been in key and peele as a parody of this kind of graphic and you wouldn’t have to change a thing

  30. purelyapornaccount

Jamal Murray is close to Luka levels of complaining to the ref
