  1. I get it why most people picked denver especially when they beat kd/booker and lebron/ad. But they don’t watch enough playoff teams and playoff games. Suns and lakers don’t defend like miami. Butler and bam are not lazy defenders. That’s the difference.

  2. Gotta give Jason credit… when he gets something wrong he doesn't try to skirt around it or make excuses. He over-looked the fatigue + altitude factor in game 1, and read too much into Denver's apparent dominance. Miami is (1) a more well-coached team than Denver, and (2) a more well-conditioned team than Denver. With those two things, it was very premature to start counting them out. This game 2 result was very predictable to me… and I mean every part of it, from the analytics, to the tactics, to the energy.

  3. Nothing this Miami team does should surprise anyone anymore. They've been doing it all postseason. People picked Denver and deservedly so based on them strictly having the best player on the floor, home court (which has now been taken away), and the regular season. Miami was the #1 seed just last year with almost the same roster and was one 3 pointer away from going to the finals. People need to stop disrespecting the Heat. I like the underdog though lol

  4. Jason : What if they(heat) get some players ?

Miami Heat and the Denver Nuggets are tied 1-1 in a 7 game series going back to the 305 for game 3. WHY. Why are are you talking about the Heat needing or getting any more players? Why not just pay respect and value the players they already have? The same players that have, got them to the NBA Finals. The same ones they have right now, have literally time and time again proven you and every other nba analyst/critic wrong for an entire play in and post season. Underrated and undervalued.
    🌴🔥🏆🏁

  5. Wow! The officiating crews in Miami for games 3 & 4 will be a tremendous factor against the Nuggets as Pat Riley is too well respected for the Heat not to get there free throws folks consistently!!! The refs matters in these series and especially the NBA Finals, don't believe the hype folks!!!

  6. A little annoying that these guys are ignoring that Jordans "bad games" would also still feature him being dominant defensively, or with rebounding and effort… When that's literally what they're talking about with other players.

  7. You can break the game down all you want and swey it to prove a pointlesss point but guess what????? Don't matter Heat in 7 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

  8. Why do they keep referencing shutting down the nuggets offense? The offensive rating was super high for the nuggets this past game. The difference is that the heat offense shot well and took advantage of miscues of the Denver defense

  9. If Duncan Robinson takes people off the dribble and takes the bump and score then they can win this series. He can score of pass off the dribble. Wait. Wade was not a product of the system. He was special and would have been on any team. They swept the Lakers because the Lakers had a Rookie coach.

  10. Miami can match Denver offense when clicking. Denver can't match Miami defense on their best day. LETS GO HEAT 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

  11. Denver beat up two teams that were both put together at the deadline. Both have aging stars, and neither team was complete as they got rid of most of their depth. These teams historically never win. Denver was supposed to beat those teams. Denver is finally playing an actual team with a legit coach. Just happens to be a playin team #8 seed.

  12. Colin I love you man, but you need mor energy in this kind media… maybe is late but you sound lethargic.

  13. Lmao I love the nba. Miami just showing the west how to beat Denver. Keep it up haha let’s go!!!!!

  14. Your job is to cover contending teams you clown. That’s what they mean.

  15. How anyone can accept this as fair competition is beyond me. The refs control everything. Obviously refused to call a fair game.sickening…

  16. I just think joker shoulda popped outside on that screen he set for murray…he had gabe Vincent on the switch and we've seen him hit that step back 3 against anthony davis just last series so…

  17. Dame is actually a willing defender and he's made pretty big defensive plays in playoff games in clutch moments. The problem is the roster construction always forces him to have a crazy high usage rate on offense which wears him down, and hes nearly always paired with someone else whos undersized makes it easy to get him in bad mismatches.

I think he'd pick it up a lot more than people think. He just hasn't been in a position to show it with Portland

  18. I guess bron didn’t have any bad games vs the mavs in 11? No one plays their best game every game. It’s sports lol I’m glad Jason pushed back on joker has never had a sub par game

  19. Coach Spo doesn’t just capitalize on weaknesses. He creates those weaknesses. He takes a teams strength and forces it into becoming their weakness.

Julius Randle before the Miami series was believed to be NY’s best player.

  20. Its not complicated. Denver didn’t shoot well, the officials helped the heat (goal tending!!!!) and the heat shot 50% from 3. These things will probably not happen again

  21. Karl Malone in his MVP years:
    27 PPG on 60% TS%.

    Jokic this year:
    25 PPG on 70% TS%

    Jokic last year:
    27 PPG on 66% TS%

Karl Malone had literally the best facilitator of his era to feed him easy baskets. So yeah clearly Jokic is not the scorer Karl Malone was.

  22. I couldn’t turn off the tv in the second half as Miami just balled out. It was impressive to see and I’m a Laker fan, let’s go Jimmy buckets.

  23. This is what made the traditional big men go out of style. and it’s why so many teams just start relying on analytics. When you’re trading 2s for 3s it’s like no matter how good you played you look up at the end of the game and you’re like how tf are we losing.
J.J talked about this famously happening when he played golden state and it continuing when the rockets went 3 point crazy

  24. Not an analytics offense at all lmfao. They take a ton of midrange shots too. Theyre more like spurs east. Smh colon. Jason carried this analysis.

  25. 3 nuggets players KCP, Michael Porter and Arron Gordon, blew off their postgame presser responsibilities after their gm 2 loss, as KCP was suppose to have previous Finals experience………. the whole experience !………….. believe me Master basketball physcoligist Pat Riley will speak to some of his players on how to exploit this heading to gms 3 & 4 in Miami…..The match up Zone that Miami played to near perfection….. was perfected by former Temple Basketball coach John Chaney, it will be interesting how Coach Spo reintegrates Tyler Herro ( miami's leading regular season scorer ) as he will be ready to go in gm 3

  26. 1. Miami was scorched Earth with
    3's …
    2. Duncan Robinson was strategically clutch & Miami needed a role player to step up in this way
    3. Miami cranked the Defense
    4. Denver was terrible … period !!
    That's the game…

  27. besides for giving more consistent effort, adebayo more athletic than AD and a better passer. he's not as big or as much of juggernaut defensively. but i don't think the gap in being "gifted" is as large as suggested by name recognition

  28. Jokic not a great scorer Cowherd? Are you sure about that. He drops 40 on 16/28 shooting against a top tier defender Adebayo

  29. The worst job of "team building" was the contract year for Jimmy Butler.. the Sixers picking him up for the run that ended with that lucky Leonard shot in Toronto. The single worst job of "not recognizing their own talent" as Colin says. Keeping Jimmy long enough to figure out WHAT HE REALLY IS has cost Philadelphia at least 2 championships.. in addition to 2 coaches. What a player.
