Nick Wright, Chris Broussard and Kevin Wildes react to the Miami Heat’s win vs. Denver Nuggets in Game 2 of the 2023 NBA Finals. The Heat were led by Gabe Vincent who scored 23 points, Bam Adebayo & Jimmy Butler who each chipped in 21 points. The Nuggets were spearheaded by Nikola Jokic, who tallied 41 points in Game 2.

    I'm a Nuggets fan, and any and all talk about a Nugz sweep or dominating the Heat was nothing but stupidity. I never, for a second, bought into any of that. I have too much respect for the Heat to succumb to any hyperbole.

    That said, I feel that we let the foot off the gas pedal when we were up by 15, and instead, we choked away an opportunity to put the Heat in a hole.

    The Heat are for real and can win the championship. I have no doubt about it.

    Nick imitating Stephen A isn’t entertaining- more importantly it is taking him out of the Colin Cowherd inheritance. It’s disappointing because i like him and want him to succeed but on FTF there’s too much schtick .

    The curse of Broussard may be real….we all want Miami to win, they are the People's champs. Brou keep rooting for the Nuggets. Jimmy needs his ring. Joker can get it next season.

    I don't know why Nick keeps referring to the Bucks/Heat series like it was a david vs goliath type series, while failing to mention the elephant in the room, which is the Giannis injury. Giannis (the best player in the world according to Nick) missed 2 games and only played 11 minutes in game 1 b/c of a injury. So he essentially missed 3 games, half the series b/c of that injury. Not to make excuses b/c major injuries happen every year in the playoffs. But if we're discussing that series, let's just state the facts that Giannis, the "best player in the world", missed half of that series due to injury and the heat won.

    Nick wright is full of it. If lebron traded places with jimmy butler and was on Miami with a bunch of undrafted players nick would be saying Hebron is carrying a team that’s not expected to win.
