I think the only way we trade him is if we get the number three pick, Sharpe, and Simmons. I doubt Portland would ever consider that offer, and at the same time I feel like that would be an offer we really couldn’t refuse. So basically he will still be a Net next season.
As far as I’m understanding it, they’re referring to the first time this was discussed in the off-season, back in mid-May. Not saying that anything changed, nor do I believe that a trade is coming, but it’s still pertinent information I feel.
